Ingredients for - Cucumber Tabbouleh

1. Bulgur 1 cup
2. Boiling water 1 ⅔ cups
3. Olive oil ⅓ cup
4. Lemon juice ⅓ cup
5. Chopped green onions 1 cup
6. Chopped fresh parsley 1 cup
7. Chopped fresh mint ¼ cup
8. Tomatoes, chopped 3
9. Cucumber - peeled, seeded and chopped 1
10. Salt 1 teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cucumber Tabbouleh

1 . Stage

Combine bulgur and boiling water in a large bowl. Cover, and set aside to soak for 1 hour.

2 . Stage

Add oil, lemon juice, onions, parsley, mint, tomatoes, and cucumber; toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
