Ingredients for - Cucumber Tabbouleh

1. Bulgur - 1 cup
2. Boiling water - 1 ⅔ cups
3. Olive oil - ⅓ cup
4. Lemon juice - ⅓ cup
5. Chopped green onions - 1 cup
6. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 cup
7. Chopped fresh mint - ¼ cup
8. Tomatoes, chopped - 3
9. Cucumber - peeled, seeded and chopped - 1
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cucumber Tabbouleh

1. Stage

Combine bulgur and boiling water in a large bowl. Cover, and set aside to soak for 1 hour.

2. Stage

Add oil, lemon juice, onions, parsley, mint, tomatoes, and cucumber; toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
