4. Egg noodles - 1 (12 ounce) package
5. Lean ground beef - 2 pounds
6. All-purpose flour - ¼ cup
7. Beef broth - 2 cups
8. Sour cream - 1 cup
9. Salt and black pepper to taste - 1 cup
