2. Chicken soup base - 2 tablespoons
3. Condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
4. Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes - 4
5. Cubed cooked ham - 1 cup
6. Corn kernels - 1 cup
7. Yellow onion, diced - 1 small
8. Butter - 2 tablespoons
9. All-purpose flour - ¼ cup
10. Warm water - ½ cup
11. Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
12. Dried dill weed - 1 teaspoon
13. Celery seed - 1 teaspoon
14. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooked Ham and Potato Chowder

1. Stage

Whisk 3 cups warm water with chicken soup base in slow cooker until soup base has dissolved; stir in cream of chicken soup until almost smooth.

Stir potatoes, ham, corn, yellow onion, and butter into the soup mixture.

3. Stage

Place flour and 1/2 cup water into a small container with a lid and shake well to combine into a smooth mixture; stir flour mixture into soup. Mix in parsley, dill, and celery seed. Season soup with salt and black pepper.
