Fast cookies with jam

1 . Stage

Add the eggs and sugar to the softened butter.

2 . Stage

Pour in the sifted flour and knead the dough

3 . Stage

Divide into two parts for two cakes

4 . Stage

Roll out the first crust and carefully transfer it to a greased baking tray. You can roll it out a little and then put it on the baking tray (the dough is a little sticky, but that's how it should be)

5 . Stage

Smear the jam

6 . Stage

Place the second cake on top and sprinkle with nuts

7 . Stage

At 200 degrees in my oven it was ready in 25 minutes. See what you like. Take out, cut into squares. Bon appetit! Don't forget to put the kettle on:)
