Ingredients for - Cheese Crackers

1. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
2. Salt - 1 pinch
3. Red pepper flakes - 1 ½ teaspoons
4. Cheddar cheese, grated and room temperature - 1 pound
5. Unsalted butter, melted - 1 cup
6. Crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies®) - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Cheese Crackers

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Combine flour, salt, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl; add Cheddar cheese and toss until cheese is coated. Pour in melted butter; stir until mixture is moist and crumbly. Add rice cereal and knead by hand until dough is well-blended.

Roll dough into 1/2-inch balls; arrange on a baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork.
