1. Loosely packed dark brown sugar - 1 cup
2. Coarse kosher salt - 1 tablespoon
3. Ground black pepper - 1 tablespoon
4. Onion Powder - 1 tablespoon
5. Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
6. Mustard powder - 2 teaspoons
7. Ground ginger - 2 teaspoons
8. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
9. Chili powder - 2 teaspoons
10. Ground paprika - 1 ½ teaspoons
11. Ground white pepper - 1 teaspoon
12. Celery salt - 1 teaspoon
13. Ground allspice - 1 teaspoon
14. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
15. Cayenne pepper - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Rib Dry Rub

1. Stage

Whisk brown sugar in a medium bowl with a fork until texture is consistent and no chunks remain. Remove and discard any hard chunks.

2. Stage

Add kosher salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard powder, ginger, cumin, chili powder, paprika, white pepper, celery salt, allspice, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper; mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
