1. Frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans), thawed - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Frozen sweet corn, thawed - 1 (16 ounce) package
3. Frozen sweet peas, thawed - 1 (16 ounce) package
4. Black beans, drained and rinsed (Optional) - 1 (12 ounce) can
5. Red onion, minced - ½
6. Olive oil, or to taste - ¼ cup
7. Red wine vinegar, or to taste - ¼ cup
8. Salt - ½ teaspoon
9. Dried parsley - ½ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
11. Dried basil - ¼ teaspoon
12. Garlic powder - ¼ teaspoon

1. Stage

Mix edamame, corn, peas, black beans, and red onion in a large bowl.
