2. Frozen sweet corn, thawed 1 (16 ounce) package
3. Frozen sweet peas, thawed 1 (16 ounce) package
4. Black beans, drained and rinsed (Optional) 1 (12 ounce) can
5. Red onion, minced ½
6. Olive oil, or to taste ¼ cup
7. Red wine vinegar, or to taste ¼ cup
8. Salt ½ teaspoon
9. Dried parsley ½ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
11. Dried basil ¼ teaspoon
12. Garlic powder ¼ teaspoon
