2. Leeks, chopped, or more to taste 3
3. Yellow onion, chopped ½
4. Peeled and cubed potatoes, or more to taste 3 cups
5. Water 4 cups
6. Vegetable bouillon 4 cubes
7. Fresh spinach, chopped, or more to taste 1 bunch
8. Milk 2 cups
9. Ground black pepper 1 tablespoon
10. Salt 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Potato, Spinach, and Leek Soup

1 . Stage

Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add leeks and onion; simmer until tender, about 7 minutes. Add potatoes, water, and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
