1. Flat iron steak - 1 (2 pound)
2. Olive oil - 2 ½ tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves

6. Chopped fresh chives - ½ teaspoon
7. Cabernet Sauvignon (or other dry red wine) - ¼ cup
8. Salt - ½ teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ¾ teaspoon
10. Dry mustard powder - ¼ teaspoon
