Ingredients for - Mexican Mole Sauce

1. Vegetable oil - 2 teaspoons
2. Finely chopped onion - ¼ cup
3. Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
4. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
5. Dried cilantro - 1 teaspoon
6. Dried minced garlic - ⅛ tablespoon
7. Condensed tomato soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
8. Diced green chile peppers - 1 (4 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Mexican Mole Sauce

1. Stage

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion in oil until tender. Mix in cocoa powder, cumin, cilantro, and garlic. Stir in tomato soup and green chile peppers.

Bring sauce to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
