2. Bulb onions - 50 gram
3. Carrot - 50 gram
4. Garlic - 3 clove
5. Bay leaf - 2 PC.
6. Vegetable oil - for frying
7. Black pepper - taste
8. Salt - taste

How to cook deliciously - Beef scar

1. Stage

Rinse the beef scar well, fill it with cold water and cook for 3 hours.
