Ingredients for - Veggie Nachos

1. Round tortilla chips - 1 (12 ounce) bag
2. Vegetable oil - 1 ⅓ tablespoons
3. Chopped green bell pepper - ⅓ cup
4. Chopped red bell pepper - ⅓ cup
5. Chopped green onions - ⅓ cup
6. Chopped tomato - 1 cup
7. Frozen corn - ½ cup
8. Chili powder - 1 pinch
9. Onion Powder - 1 pinch
10. Garlic salt - 1 pinch
11. Nacho cheese, or to taste - 8 ounces
12. Jalapeno peppers, chopped - 2

How to cook deliciously - Veggie Nachos

1. Stage

Place tortilla chips on a large serving plate.

2. Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers and cook 1 minute. Add onions and cook 2 minutes more. Add tomato and corn, cook 2 minutes while seasoning with chili powder, onion powder, and garlic salt. Remove from heat.

Place nacho cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes. Pour cheese carefully over tortilla chips. Pour vegetables over cheese. Top with jalapenos.
