1. Boiling chicken broth 1 ½ cups
2. Long-grain white rice ¾ cup
3. Frozen corn ¼ cup
4. Frozen peas ¼ cup
5. Chopped carrot ¼ cup
6. Minced onion, or to taste 1 tablespoon
7. Shredded Cheddar cheese, or to taste ½ cup

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix chicken broth, rice, corn, peas, carrot, and onion together in a casserole dish; cover with aluminum foil.
