1. Button mushrooms, stemmed 30 large
2. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
3. Shredded hash brown potatoes 2 cups
4. Chopped fresh spinach 1 cup
5. Sour cream ⅓ cup
6. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese ¼ cup
7. Crumbled blue cheese ¼ cup
8. Diced jalapeno peppers, or more to taste 2 tablespoons
9. Dried minced onion 1 teaspoon
10. Garlic powder ¾ teaspoon
11. Onion Powder ½ teaspoon
12. Sea salt ½ teaspoon
13. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, or more to taste 2 tablespoons

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Clean mushrooms and brush with olive oil.

Combine hash browns, spinach, sour cream, 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, blue cheese, jalapeno peppers, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl; mix until thoroughly combined.
