3. Shallot, minced - 1
4. Garlic, pressed - 2 cloves
5. Ground cumin - ¼ teaspoon
6. Crushed red pepper flakes - ¼ teaspoon
7. Olive oil - ⅓ cup
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ⅓ cup
