How to cook deliciously - Salmon cutlets
1. Stage
Pass salmon and onion through a meat grinder, mix it with an egg, breadcrumbs, Worcester sauce, hot sauce, black pepper, cheese and parsley, mix well.
2. Stage
Make 4 cutlets sprinkle them with flour. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Melt butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry on both sides, about 10 minutes. Remove excess fat with a paper towel.
