7. Black-eyed peas with liquid - 4 (15 ounce) cans
8. Diced tomatoes and green chiles - 1 (10 ounce) can
9. Diced tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
10. Garlic, finely chopped - 2 cloves

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, pepper, and celery; cook until tender.
