1. Green bell peppers, diced - 2
2. Red bell peppers, diced - 2
3. Fresh jalapeno peppers, sliced - 8
4. Celery stalk, diced - 1
5. Carrot, diced - 1 medium
6. Onion, chopped - 1 small
7. Fresh cauliflower florets - ½ cup
8. Salt - ½ cup
9. Pimento-stuffed green olives, chopped - 1 (5 ounce) jar
10. Garlic, finely chopped - 2 cloves
11. Dried oregano - 1 tablespoon
12. Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
13. Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
14. White vinegar - 1 cup
15. Olive oil - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Hot Italian Giardiniera

1. Stage

Place green and red peppers, jalapeños, celery, carrots, onion, and cauliflower in a large bowl. Stir in salt, then fill with enough cold water to cover. Place plastic wrap or aluminum foil over the bowl; refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight.
