2. Hot salsa - 3 tablespoons
3. Green onions, chopped - 2

5. Low-fat cottage cheese - ½ cup
6. Hot pepper sauce - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
8. Ground coriander seed - 1 teaspoon
9. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
