1. Unsalted butter 1 cup
2. Sliced fresh mushrooms 2 (8 ounce) packages
3. Chopped onion 1 cup
4. Chopped celery 1 cup
5. Chicken stock 4 ¾ cups
6. Turkey stuffing mix (such as Kraft(R) Stove Top(R)) 4 (6 ounce) packages
7. Eggs, beaten 4 large
8. Water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped 1 (5 ounce) can
9. Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Tina's Mushroom and Water Chestnut Stuffing

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onion, and celery. Cook until onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

3 . Stage

Transfer cooked vegetables to a baking dish and add chicken stock, turkey stuffing mix, eggs, water chestnuts, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover baking dish.

4 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake until top is browned, about 15 minutes more.
