1. Unsalted butter - 1 cup
2. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 2 (8 ounce) packages
3. Chopped onion - 1 cup
4. Chopped celery - 1 cup
5. Chicken stock - 4 ¾ cups
6. Turkey stuffing mix (such as Kraft(R) Stove Top(R)) - 4 (6 ounce) packages
7. Eggs, beaten - 4 large
8. Water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped - 1 (5 ounce) can
9. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onion, and celery. Cook until onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

3. Stage

Transfer cooked vegetables to a baking dish and add chicken stock, turkey stuffing mix, eggs, water chestnuts, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover baking dish.

4. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake until top is browned, about 15 minutes more.
