Ingredients for - Vegetable Chowder

1. Chopped red bell pepper ½ cup
2. Chopped onion ½ cup
3. Margarine ¼ cup
4. Chopped celery 1 cup
5. Cauliflower, chopped 1 cup
6. Diced carrots 1 cup
7. Fresh chopped broccoli 1 cup
8. Water 3 cups
9. Chicken bouillon 3 cubes
10. All-purpose flour ½ cup
11. Chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon
12. Shredded Cheddar cheese 3 cups
13. Salt to taste 3 cups
14. Ground black pepper to taste 3 cups
15. Milk 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Vegetable Chowder

1 . Stage

In a Dutch oven or soup kettle, saute the pepper and onions in butter or margarine until tender.

2 . Stage

Add remaining vegetables, water, bouillon, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer covered for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

3 . Stage

Combine flour and milk until smooth; stir into pan. Bring soup to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Mix in the parsley. Just before serving, stir in the cheese until melted.
