Ingredients for - Super Moist Meatloaf

1. Ground beef - 2 pounds
2. Onion, chopped - ½
3. Small chunks of bread - ¾ cup
4. Eggs, beaten - 2 large
5. Milk - ½ cup
6. Chopped green bell pepper - ½ cup
7. Salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
8. Sage - ¼ teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
10. Ketchup, or to taste - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Super Moist Meatloaf

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Mix together ground beef, onion, bread, beaten eggs, milk, bell pepper, salt, sage, and black pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Press into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Spread ketchup over the top of loaf.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
