Ingredients for - Chinese Chicken Salad

1. Boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced - 3 ½
2. Lettuce, torn into small pieces - 1 head
3. Green onions, sliced - 4
4. Celery, sliced thin - 4 stalks
5. Chinese noodles, heated briefly to crisp - 6 ounces
6. Walnuts, chopped - ½ cup
7. Sesame seeds, toasted - 2 tablespoons
8. Seasoned rice vinegar - 6 tablespoons
9. White sugar - 4 tablespoons
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Peanut oil - ½ cup

1. Stage

Prepare salad: Combine chicken, lettuce, green onion, celery, noodles, nuts, and sesame seeds in a large salad bowl. Mix all together. Set aside.

2. Stage

Make dressing: Put vinegar in a small bowl. Dissolve sugar and salt in vinegar before adding oil. Shake, or beat, well.
