Meat salad

We "cut" our orange - use a sharp knife to cut off all the skin, and then carefully cut out the slices - if the knife is sharp - the whole process takes a minute

Put everything in a salad bowl and mix.

Now a very important step in this recipe is the sauce! First we whisk together the vinegar, egg yolk, salt, sugar, and mustard.

Continuing to whisk, slowly pour in vegetable oil. Our billet will lighten, becoming a nice golden color

5 . Stage

Now the second part of our sauce is in a saucepan with orange juice and water. Dilute the flour in this orange water and put it on the fire. As soon as it begins to boil - remove and immediately mix with the first part of the sauce, adding at first a little, then more and more, until all intervene.

This is how thick our salad dressing turns out to be.

Dressing and just before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice and call everyone to the table!
