1. Shell pasta 1 (12 ounce) package
2. Butter 2 ½ tablespoons
3. All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
4. Milk 2 ½ cups
5. Salt ½ teaspoon
6. Ground white pepper ¼ teaspoon
7. Smoked Gouda cheese, shredded 4 ounces

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a casserole dish.
