Ingredients for - Broccoli Potato Soup

1. Broccoli florets - 2 cups
2. Onion, sliced - 1
3. Margarine - 1 tablespoon
4. Condensed cream of potato soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
5. Milk - 1 cup
6. Water - ½ cup
7. Chopped fresh basil - ¾ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
9. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Broccoli Potato Soup

1. Stage

In a large saucepan over medium heat, saut E the broccoli and onion in the butter or margarine, about 5 minutes, or until tender. Stir in the soup, milk, water, basil and pepper. Mix well and heat through, about 15 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted.
