Ingredients for - Southwestern Breakfast Sliders

1. Olive oil 1 teaspoon
2. Eggs, beaten 4 large
3. Minced cooked ham ¼ cup
4. Minced onion 1 tablespoon
5. Minced bell pepper 1 tablespoon
6. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon
7. Slider buns, toasted 6
8. Cheddar cheese (such as Sargento®) 3 slices
9. Salsa 6 tablespoons
10. Pickled jalapeno peppers 6 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Southwestern Breakfast Sliders

1 . Stage

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over low heat.

2 . Stage

Combine eggs, ham, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour into the hot skillet and scramble egg mixture until cooked, 1 to 2 minutes. Don't overcook or you'll have rubbery eggs.

3 . Stage

Portion egg mixture evenly amongst the 6 bottom halves of the slider buns, place a slice of Cheddar cheese on top and add salsa and jalapeños. Cover with top halves of the buns and serve warm.
