Ingredients for - Air Fryer Salmon Croquettes

1. Salmon, drained and flaked - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
2. Egg, beaten - 1 large
3. Panko bread crumbs - ¾ cup
4. Diced onion - ½ cup
5. Mayonnaise - ⅓ cup
6. Lemon, juiced - ½
7. Dried dill weed - 1 teaspoon
8. Seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®) - 1 teaspoon
9. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
10. Avocado oil nonstick cooking spray - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Salmon Croquettes

1. Stage

Combine salmon, egg, panko, onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, seafood seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix to combine and shape into 6 equal-sized patties.

2. Stage

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line air fryer basket with parchment paper and spray with avocado oil.

Place salmon croquettes into the basket and spray with avocado oil.

4. Stage

Air fry until croquettes are golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Flip croquettes over, spray with avocado oil, and air fry an additional 4 to 7 minutes. Cook in batches if necessary.
