2. Mayonnaise - ⅔ cup
3. Oil-packed anchovy fillets - 6
4. Extra-virgin olive oil, or more to taste - ¼ cup
5. Lemon juice, or more to taste - 3 tablespoons
6. Drained capers - 2 tablespoons
7. Garlic, minced, or more to taste - 1 clove
8. Cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
9. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
