How to cook deliciously - Snack yeast pancakes with mayonnaise
1. Stage
Combine the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Pour 4 tbsp of warm water into a glass and dilute 1 tsp of dry yeast in it. Dilute 2 tbsp of mayonnaise in 100 ml of warm water. Pour the water and mayonnaise into a bowl with flour and join with a fork, breaking an egg. Combine thoroughly. Pour the diluted yeast into the mixture. We mix, cover the dish with the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 45-50 minutes. I warm the oven a little for this purpose. When the dough rises, do not stir it anymore, and start baking pancakes immediately.

Heat a well heated frying pan with oil and with a tablespoon place the pancakes at a distance from each other. They will grow in the process of frying. I have a pan D-24 cm and I put 4 pancakes on it, i.e. 1 tbsp of batter on each one.

When the pancakes have seized on one side, turn the heat down to low and cover with a lid. Fry until cooked through. It won't take long and they'll fry well inside, since they're under the lid. If you want frittery fritters, you can add more frying oil. I don't need it and fry them in a little oil.
