Ingredients for - Lighter Fettuccini Alfredo

1. Dry fettuccine pasta - 12 ounces
2. Nonfat milk - 1 cup
3. Reduced fat margarine - ½ cup
4. Neufchatel cheese, cubed - 8 ounces
5. Garlic powder - ¼ teaspoon
6. Minced garlic - ½ teaspoon
7. Onion salt - ¼ teaspoon
8. Grated Parmesan cheese - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Lighter Fettuccini Alfredo

1. Stage

In a large pot of boiling salted water cook fettuccini until al dente. Drain.

2. Stage

Combine milk, cubed Neufchatel cheese, butter or margarine, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic, and salt. Stir until smooth. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until blended.

3. Stage

Toss pasta with Alfredo Sauce and serve warm.
