Ingredients for - Mushroom in the Middle Meatloaf

1. Ground pork breakfast sausage 1 pound
2. Ground beef 1 pound
3. Eggs, beaten 2
4. Seasoned bread crumbs 1 cup
5. Chopped onion ½ cup
6. Chopped green bell pepper ½ cup
7. Salt ½ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
9. Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
10. Condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (10.75 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Mushroom in the Middle Meatloaf

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

In a large bowl combine sausage, beef, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.

3 . Stage

Roll out mixture flat, 8 inches by 8 inches square. Spread 1/2 can of soup over meatloaf, roll up and seal edges. Place in a loaf pan.

4 . Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Add remaining soup and bake for another 20 minutes.
