Ingredients for - Fried Beef Ribs

1. Peanut oil for frying - 3 quarts
2. Coarse ground black pepper - 3 tablespoons
3. Salt - 2 tablespoons
4. Cayenne pepper - 2 tablespoons
5. Garlic salt - 2 tablespoons
6. Onion salt - 2 tablespoons
7. Beef ribs, cut into single rib pieces - 6 pounds
8. Eggs, beaten - 6 large
9. All-purpose flour - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Fried Beef Ribs

1. Stage

Heat oil in an outdoor deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Meanwhile, mix black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, and onion salt together in a medium bowl. Rub spice mixture onto each rib.

3. Stage

Whisk eggs together in a large bowl. Place flour into a separate bowl or onto a plate.

4. Stage

Dip a rib into beaten egg, then lift up so excess egg drips back into the bowl. Press rib into flour to coat both sides. Repeat dipping once more, into egg and then into flour. Repeat to bread a total of 4 to 5 ribs.

5. Stage

Place breaded ribs into the fryer basket, making sure they are not crowded. Deep-fry for about 8 minutes.

6. Stage

While ribs are frying, repeat Step 4 to bread 4 to 5 more ribs.

7. Stage

Remove fried ribs with tongs and place on paper towels to drain. Repeat as necessary to bread and fry remaining ribs.
