The original recipe calls for dry dye, but I only had the gel dye on hand as in the photo. In the cream you dissolve the dye, do not throw it in the dough, as it can take up lumps. It is better to take dry dye, the gel dye did not give me the desired result. I wanted red cupcakes.

We got pink. When the dye is dissolved, send everything to the batter, followed by vanilla and mix a little. Baking soda in a separate bowl with vinegar, be sure to check all the baking soda is gassed. I used wine vinegar, it did not affect the taste. If you suddenly do not use baking soda, substitute baking powder. And mix everything thoroughly with a mixer.
4. Stage
Fill the molds halfway, the dough rises well. I have molds that do not require additional molding. And send it to the oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees. It is not necessary to send already in the preheated oven. The photo shows the finished cupcakes, they have risen well.
5. Stage
Cream. Whip the room temperature butter until thick, add the powdered sugar and cheese. Whisk everything well. And we decorate completely cooled cupcakes. And decorate as desired.
