How to cook deliciously - Bon appetit turkey legs
1. Stage
Salt and pepper the turkey legs to taste and pan-fry for about 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.

In a cauldron or other deep dish pour a little olive oil, put finely chopped onion, celery, leeks and garlic and cook, stirring, for 5-8 minutes.

Then add white wine, soy sauce, parsley, thyme and sage. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Transfer turkey legs to cauldron, add chicken broth and white wine vinegar, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and cook for 2.5-3 hours.

Then add carrots and cook with the lid open for another 35-45 minutes.
