2. Warm water (110 degrees F) - ⅓ cup
3. All-purpose flour - 3 ½ cups
4. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Eggs - 4 large
7. Butter, softened - 1 cup
8. Vegetable oil, or as needed - ½ teaspoon
9. Egg yolk - 1 large
10. Cold water - 1 teaspoon

Stir together flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center, then add eggs and yeast mixture; beat well until dough comes together. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease two 8x4-inch loaf pans.
