1. Butter - 3 tablespoons
2. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced - 1 ½ cloves
4. Lemon juice - 1 ½ teaspoons
5. White cooking wine - 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Dried parsley - ½ teaspoon
7. Dried basil - ½ teaspoon
8. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
9. Dried oregano - ⅛ teaspoon
10. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, sliced - 2 medium
11. Fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into thirds - ½ pound
12. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 cup

Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir garlic, lemon juice, wine, parsley, basil, salt, and oregano into hot butter-oil mixture.

Add chicken; cook and stir until chicken is browned, about 3 minutes. Flip, reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink inside, about 10 more minutes.
