2. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 3
3. Onion, chopped - 1 large
4. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
5. Chicken broth - 5 ¼ cups
6. Cannellini (white kidney) beans, rinsed and drained - 3 (15 ounce) cans
7. Chopped green chiles - 2 (4 ounce) cans
8. Dried oregano - 1 tablespoon
9. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
10. Cayenne pepper, or to taste - 2 pinches
11. Chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste - ¼ cup
12. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, or to taste - ½ cup
13. Salt to taste - ½ cup

1. Stage
