2. Onion, diced - 1 medium
3. Garlic, minced - 6 cloves
4. Imitation crabmeat, diced - 1 pound
5. Rotini pasta - 1 (16 ounce) package
6. Half-and-half - 1 cup
7. Chopped fresh parsley - ½ cup
8. Grated Parmesan cheese - ⅓ cup

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
