Ingredients for - Baked Mahi Mahi

1. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
2. Soy sauce, or more to taste - 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced - 1 large clove
4. Mahi mahi fillets - 6 (5 ounce)
5. Crushed saltine crackers, or more as needed (Optional) - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Baked Mahi Mahi

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Stir mayonnaise, soy sauce, and garlic together in a bowl.

3. Stage

Place mahi mahi in a baking dish. Spoon mayonnaise mixture over the fish, then turn to coat. Sprinkle saltines over top.

4. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.
