Ingredients for - Garbanzo Tomato Pasta Soup

1. Vegetable broth 3 (14.5 ounce) cans
2. Small seashell pasta ¾ cup
3. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
4. Onion, chopped 1
5. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
6. Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Whole peeled tomatoes, chopped, juice reserved 1 (28 ounce) can
8. Dried basil ½ teaspoon
9. Dried thyme ½ teaspoon
10. Salt and pepper to taste ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Garbanzo Tomato Pasta Soup

1 . Stage

Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente.

2 . Stage

Meanwhile, heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Saute onions and garlic until translucent. Stir into pasta and add garbanzo beans, tomatoes, basil, thyme, salt and pepper. Heat through and serve.
