Ingredients for - Garbanzo Tomato Pasta Soup

1. Vegetable broth - 3 (14.5 ounce) cans
2. Small seashell pasta - ¾ cup
3. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
4. Onion, chopped - 1
5. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
6. Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Whole peeled tomatoes, chopped, juice reserved - 1 (28 ounce) can
8. Dried basil - ½ teaspoon
9. Dried thyme - ½ teaspoon
10. Salt and pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Garbanzo Tomato Pasta Soup

1. Stage

Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente.

2. Stage

Meanwhile, heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Saute onions and garlic until translucent. Stir into pasta and add garbanzo beans, tomatoes, basil, thyme, salt and pepper. Heat through and serve.
