3. Onion, peeled and diced 1
4. Carrots, peeled and sliced 2
5. Celery stalks, chopped 2
6. Poultry seasoning 1 tablespoon
7. Ground sage 1 teaspoon
8. Bay leaves 2
9. Chicken broth 2 ½ quarts
10. Water, or as needed (Optional) 1 cup
11. Garlic salt, or to taste ½ teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper, to taste ½ teaspoon
13. (uncooked) regular long-grain white rice 2 cups
14. Frozen green peas 1 (16 ounce) package

1 . Stage
