1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Onion, diced - 1
3. Pinto beans, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
4. Tomato paste - 3 tablespoons
5. Chili powder to taste - 3 tablespoons
6. Vegetable broth - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Vegan Refried Beans

1. Stage

Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Saute onions until tender. Stir in beans, tomato paste, chili powder and vegetable broth. Cook 5 minutes, or until stock has reduced. Mash with a potato masher.
