Ingredients for - Mushroom Tacos

1. Olive oil 4 tablespoons
2. Chopped onion 1 ½ cups
3. Garlic, minced 3 cloves
4. Ground venison 1 pound
5. Mushrooms, finely chopped or pulsed in a food processor 1 (8 ounce) package
6. Taco seasoning, or to taste 1 package
7. Shredded cabbage 1 cup
8. Lime juice, or to taste 2 tablespoons
9. Chopped cilantro 2 tablespoons
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons
11. Corn tortillas 8
12. Salsa, or as desired 1 (8 ounce) jar
13. Crumbled blue cheese, or to taste ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Mushroom Tacos

1 . Stage

Heat olive oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes more. Add venison and mushrooms; saute until venison is cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes more. Season with taco seasoning.

2 . Stage

Toss cabbage, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

3 . Stage

Place about 2 tablespoons cabbage mixture onto a tortilla and top with about 2 tablespoons meat mixture. Top with salsa and blue cheese. Repeat with remaining fillings, tortillas, and toppings.
