Ingredients for - Mushroom Tacos

1. Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
2. Chopped onion - 1 ½ cups
3. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
4. Ground venison - 1 pound
5. Mushrooms, finely chopped or pulsed in a food processor - 1 (8 ounce) package
6. Taco seasoning, or to taste - 1 package
7. Shredded cabbage - 1 cup
8. Lime juice, or to taste - 2 tablespoons
9. Chopped cilantro - 2 tablespoons
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
11. Corn tortillas - 8
12. Salsa, or as desired - 1 (8 ounce) jar
13. Crumbled blue cheese, or to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Mushroom Tacos

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes more. Add venison and mushrooms; saute until venison is cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes more. Season with taco seasoning.

Toss cabbage, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

Place about 2 tablespoons cabbage mixture onto a tortilla and top with about 2 tablespoons meat mixture. Top with salsa and blue cheese. Repeat with remaining fillings, tortillas, and toppings.
