1. Low-sodium broth (any type of broth to taste) 3 cups
2. Mixed fresh vegetables 1 cup
3. Cooked protein (any type of cooked meat, poultry, or tofu) 6 ounces
4. Ramen noodles (without flavor packet) 1 (3 ounce) package
5. Salt ⅛ teaspoon
6. Freshly ground black pepper ⅛ teaspoon
7. Sauce of choice 1 teaspoon
8. Garnish of choice (e.g. green onions, cilantro, etc.) 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Noodle Bowl Formula

1 . Stage

Bring broth to a boil in a small saucepan. Reduce heat.

2 . Stage

Reduce heat. Add vegetables, protein, and noodles. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until ramen noodles are tender and ingredients are heated through, 3 to 5 minutes.

3 . Stage

Season with salt and black pepper. Top with sauce and sprinkle with garnish.
