1. Fresh corn, shucked and desilked 4 ears
2. Sliced English cucumber 1 cup
3. Cherry tomatoes, halved 12 medium
4. Chopped cilantro ⅓ cup
5. Olive oil ¼ cup
6. Diced red onion 2 tablespoons
7. Lime juice 2 tablespoons
8. Ground cumin ½ teaspoon
9. Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
10. Salt ½ teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Nicole's Grilled Corn Salad

1 . Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.

2 . Stage

Grill corn for 15 minutes, turning every few minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and let cool for 5 minutes.

3 . Stage

Cut corn from the cob and place in a large bowl. Add cucumber, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, olive oil, red onion, lime juice, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
