1. Fresh corn, shucked and desilked - 4 ears
2. Sliced English cucumber - 1 cup
3. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 12 medium
4. Chopped cilantro - ⅓ cup
5. Olive oil - ¼ cup
6. Diced red onion - 2 tablespoons
7. Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
8. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
9. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
10. Salt - ½ teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Nicole's Grilled Corn Salad

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.

Grill corn for 15 minutes, turning every few minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and let cool for 5 minutes.
