1. Red potatoes - 2 pounds
2. Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Extra-virgin olive oil - ½ cup
4. Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
5. Kosher salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
7. Garlic, chopped - 1 clove
8. White sugar - ½ teaspoon
9. Cooked bacon, chopped - 6 slices
10. Green onions, chopped - 4
11. Minced fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Potato Salad

1. Stage

Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Place potatoes in a bowl; add 2 tablespoons olive oil and toss to coat.
