Ingredients for - Slow Cooker Pineapple Pulled Pork

1. Boneless pork butt roast - 1 (3 pound)
2. Unsweetened crushed pineapple in 100% pineapple juice - 1 (20 ounce) can
3. Minced garlic - 2 tablespoons
4. Ground cumin - 2 tablespoons
5. Kosher salt - 2 teaspoons
6. Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
7. Freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Pineapple Pulled Pork

1. Stage

Place pork roast into a slow cooker. Combine crushed pineapple, garlic, cumin, salt, red pepper flakes, and pepper in a bowl. Pour over pork roast. Cover slow cooker.

2. Stage

Cook on Low until pork roast is cooked through, about 8 hours. Remove pork roast from slow cooker, cut off any fat, and shred the meat using 2 forks. Return meat to the slow cooker and mix with the juices.
