1. 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water -
2. 2 avocados, pitted and scooped -
4. 1/4 c. fresh parsley leaves -
6. 1 tbsp. lemon juice -
How to cook deliciously - Avocado Alfredo Pasta
1. Stage
In a blender, combine the avocado, garlic, parsley, heavy cream, lemon juice, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 ¼ cups water and pulse until smooth.

In a large skillet, toss the alfredo sauce with the cooked spaghetti. Add 1/4 cup reserved pasta water or water. Heat over medium until warm, adding more pasta water or water, if necessary.

Serve topped with more parmesan and black pepper.
