Ingredients for - Avocado Alfredo Pasta

1. 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water
2. 2 avocados, pitted and scooped
3. 1 clove garlic, chopped
4. 1/4 c. fresh parsley leaves
5. 2 tbsp. heavy cream
6. 1 tbsp. lemon juice 
7. 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
8. Kosher salt
9. Freshly ground black pepper

How to cook deliciously - Avocado Alfredo Pasta

1 . Stage

In a blender, combine the avocado, garlic, parsley, heavy cream, lemon juice, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 ¼ cups water and pulse until smooth. 

2 . Stage

In a large skillet, toss the alfredo sauce with the cooked spaghetti. Add 1/4 cup reserved pasta water or water. Heat over medium until warm, adding more pasta water or water, if necessary.

3 . Stage

Serve topped with more parmesan and black pepper.
