1. 2 tbsp. Cooking spray
2. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
3. 1 medium onion, chopped
4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
5. 1 lb. ground beef
6. 1 tsp. yellow mustard
7. 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8. Kosher salt
9. 1 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
10. 12 slider buns (or dinner rolls)
11. 12 slices cheddar cheese
12. 1 medium tomatoes, sliced
13. 1/2 c. pickle slices
14. 3 tbsp. butter, melted
15. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
16. 1 tbsp. sesame seeds

How to cook deliciously - Pull-Apart Cheeseburger Sliders

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9"-x-13" baking dish with cooking spray. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and cook until soft, 5 minutes, then add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute more. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink, about 6 minutes. Drain fat.

2 . Stage

Return beef mixture to skillet and stir in mustard and Worcestershire. Season with salt and pepper.

3 . Stage

Place bottom halves of slider buns in prepared baking dish and top with cooked beef mixture, cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and slider bun tops.

4 . Stage

Brush melted butter on top of buns and sprinkle with garlic powder and sesame seeds.

5 . Stage

Bake until cheese is melty and buns are golden, 10 to 12 minutes.
